Making A Hole In An Object :

To create a hole in an object ( Hollow an object) Open your edit window ( Right click and select edit) click on the object you wish to edit, In the objects tab ( if you can't see the tabs click the more button) you see a hollow option, You can play with this setting to get the hole the right size. Further down there is a "Hollow Shape" option this will allow you to change the shape of the hole you made, Box, Cylinder, Torus ect Note: you may need to rotate and stretch your object to see the hollow.

Adding Textures To Objects

There are several ways to texture an object. To texture the whole object, Right click on it, Choose edit, Click the texture tab (again if you can't see the tabs the click the more button) click the first picture box, Either type the name of your texture or scrooll for it, Click on it, then click select. To texture just 1 side of an object, Open your edit window, Make sure to click in the "select texture" option then follow the above steps. Or you can open your inventory, Locate your texture, Click it and drag it to where you would like textured.

How To Create A Poseball Sunday,

Ok so you've purchased some really cool animations for your home but now what do you do with it? How do you use this animation? Create a poseball

Step one: Click build down bottom of your screen ( If you can't then you are more then likely in a no build zone)

Step two: Click the round button (up top) now click on the ground infront of you,

You now have a ball. Step three: Resize it, There are several way this can be done, Either by selecting stretch in the edit window and moving the red, green and blue squares until your happy or you can click the "objects" tab Now change the second set of numbers, I usually use 0.200 for all three, But you can change them to whatever you like. Step four: you will now need your animation and a script (the script is needed to run the animation)

Don't worry you don't need to know how to script, You can get free poseball scripts through out secondlife If your not still clicked on your poseball, Click back on it, Click on the contents tab and place your animation along with your poseball script into the contents. Now you will need to rotate and position your poseball to where you would like it.
